These Terms of Service govern your access to Beyond-ED’s website, talent assessment tools, and recruitment services, whether you are a Job Seeker (Talent) or a Hiring Partner (Company).

2. User Accounts & Conduct

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Users must not engage in fraudulent activities, scrape platform data, or transmit harmful code or spam.

3. Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, logos, proprietary materials, and proprietary evaluation methodologies developed and owned by Beyond-ED, including its 8-dimension talent evaluation framework, are protected intellectual property of Beyond-ED.

4. Limitation of Liability

Beyond-ED acts as an international talent accelerator and matching platform. We facilitate connections between talent and companies but do not guarantee direct employment outcomes or assume liability for direct agreements made outside our verified processes.
